With services delivered in the privacy and comfort of your own home, or via telehealth, Moms Treating Moms, LLC is able to optimize treatment time while providing you with our dedicated attention and effort. As a concierge service, our energy is completely focused on you and not influenced by a third-party payer. Having contractual agreements with insurance companies poses limitations on your treatment.
To maintain highly competitive rates of personal dedicated service, Moms Treating Moms, LLC chooses not to be contracted with insurance companies, including Medicare. By signing this agreement, you understand that Moms Treating Moms, LLC is a private pay company and will not submit insurance claims on behalf of you.
It is requested that payment be made in full at the time of service. Thank you for choosing Moms Treating Moms, LLC to assist you in your therapy and wellness needs.
