Service Description

After completing an initial evaluation, we will begin treatment tailored to your specific needs that may include preparing for birth, breathing techniques, pressure management, strengthening, core stability, external pelvic floor therapy, manual therapy, ergonomics (baby wearing, breastfeeding positions), and return to exercise/sport. This can be in-person or virtual.
